Have you wanted to purchase an antique license plate for your "classic" but didn't want to be under the restrictions of the plate. Now Illinois drivers have a choice. Recently the state has introduced the Expanded-Use Plate that restricts your drives from Jan - March and from Oct. -Dec. just like the regular antique plates. But from April to Sept. you can drive without restrictions.
